I had a lovely stay at this hotel with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially one woman who went above and beyond to assist us and even retrieved lost items for us. However, the rooms could use some refurbishment, and getting down to them was a bit inconvenient. Overall, it was a comfortable experience, and the location made it easy to explore the city.

I had a nice stay at this hotel in Hanoi, which is very central and convenient for exploring the Old Quarter. The rooms are newly renovated and quite comfortable, though they felt a bit cramped for four people. The staff were friendly but a bit pushy when it came to booking tours. I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with plenty of nearby coffee shops and street food options. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Laura and Julie, who made my stay more pleasant. However, I had to switch rooms every day, which was frustrating, and the dining options were quite limited for the price I paid.
